Lame price ladder..... What was wrong with the old approach?
Unless people were paying the full price, we lost money on them. The expenses for food was only matched with the full price. So if a lot of people signed up for the early bird, we needed to find additional sponsors to cover the expenses for catering. And with the current financial climate these year it can be pretty hard to find sponsors.
(Lotsa thanks to our sponsors BTW; - your support is invaluable).
So the "limited edition" offer is an effort to control our finances.
The tickets have been capped at 300 because ITU can't hold more then 300 people in the auditoriums (due to fire restrictions) and because we (the NGJ-organizers) organizationally can't handle more people then that. We were 300 last year and we barely survived.
