Looking of rOffice Space?

Hi guys. Our neighbour upstairs are moving to a bigger place, so per January 1., there will be a really nice office space available. It's a back building on Rådmandsgade just next to Tagensvej on Nørrebro.
Not yet sure, about the price, but it's app. 165 sq.m. and should be around 20k per month. Right now they are 14 people there, which is 2-3 too many.
Send me a mail (renee@character.dk), if you are interested, and I will hook you up with the landlord. We have no financial interest in this, I should add, but we would like to have neighbours within the game industry
