"If a man does not know what port he is steering for, no wind is favorable."

Do you know, where you and your company are going? Do you have a plan for your future? Do you know, which long term goals your are trying to reach?
The upcoming Growing Games workshop will help you answer all of these questions, as we focus on how to build a proper strategy as a game developer.

Strategy may sometimes be looked down upon, as a trick employed by consultants trying to make bank on some poor unsuspecting victim. But it is, in fact, a very important tool in planning your tactics, monetization-strategy and for future-proofing your company. Corporate strategy can be imagined as the map to success. A map alone is not enough to find your way, but finding your way without a map can be a tricky proposition.

Join us together with our awesome lineup of speakers:
Robin Flodin, CEO and co-founder of Toadman Interactive a Stockholm based game studio with the focus on Hardcore Titles for PC,XBOX,PS4.
Rune Vendler, CEO of the recently announced Wargaming Copenhagen. Formerly of Peter Molyneux' Lionhead Studios, and more recently directing for IO-Interactive, and later as studio head at
Søren Lundgaard, CEO of Ghost Ship Games, a rather new game studio founded by a group of true veterans.

The event is hosted by our kind friends at MovieStarPlanet
When: Monday, September 25, 09:00 - 13:00
Where: MovieStarPlanet, Rued Langgaards Vej 8, 3. floor, 2300 Copenhagen
