Game Programmers
You have a passion for making great games and you like to be part of a small team where you will be involved in all types of programming tasks. You will primarily work on our game, but you are open to also be involved in other programming task during some periods. You take pride in delivering quality code by testing and debugging before handing your work over.

Requirements:
- At least a few years of experience with programming games
- Good at translating the game designer's vision into fun gameplay
- Good understanding of usability issues in games
- Experience with working closely with 2D/3D artists, audio designers, etc. getting assets into the game

Advantages:
- Experience with C# and programming for the Unity engine
- Experience using a 3D game engine or framework including level editing tools
- Experience developing character based 3D games
- Experience programming physics, AI, camera control, GUI, character animation control, input handling, ...
- Experience programming multiplayer games and/or network (client/server solutions)
- Experience with agile development methods (e.g. SCRUM)


Senior Programmer
You're a Game Programmer (as above), and you have been involved in most areas of game development and always strive to make solid code and releasing quality games. You have a great overview working with complex problems and take a lead in structuring your own and other programmer's work and ensures quality by doing code reviews and setting high standards.

Requirements:
- Completed at least one larger (12+ months) game production from beginning to end
- Strong computer science or software engineering background (or similar)
- Strong in software architecture design
- Strong in estimating work load of own task as well as for other programmers
- Strong in optimizing the workflow between programmers and the asset pipeline

Advantages:
- Experience leading a team of programmers
- Experience building automated testing solutions
- Experience building scalable client/server solutions
- Experience with low-level network, MMO and database programming
- Pedantic regarding keeping (and defining) naming conventions

Network/Multiplayer Programmer
Your focus is developing distributed systems making the network as transparent as possible for many simultaneous players. Preferably, you have already been working with network programming on other games.

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of network/MMO game systems design (synchronization, lobby, zoning, ...)
- Solid experience with all layers of the OSI Model
- Experience integrating 3rd party network technologies (chat, etc.)
- Experience with database programming and schema design
- Strong knowledge of network security as well as MMO security (e.g. exploitation handling)
- Experience with or knowledge of server side game world design (including scripting, logic, AI, etc.)

Advantages:
- Experience with MMO networking technologies/frameworks or designing/building own tech
- Experience with the Raknet network library
- Experience analyzing low-level network communication
- Experience simulating large scale systems and analyzing bottlenecks
- Experience with server software/hardware configuration (eg. including virtualization solutions)
- Experience designing or working with data mining and analysis (statistics calculations and presentation)
- Experience with optimizing database schema design and database server configuration (e.g. clustering)
- Experience with server system administration
