So sadly (for the most part) the recent DK releases and announcements on Steam has not been looking too promising counted on estimated wishlists, sales and sales potential. Landing everything right is a hard nut to crack.. no doubt about it!
So therefore it is rare and extra nice to see something getting that extra boost out of the gate!
A few tweets from a few Japanese outlets gave Neighbors: Suburban Warfare that initial boost. And with a banging announcement trailer and hitting something people seemingly would like to play gave an incredible start. With approx. 1.5 million combined views on the tweets.
Propelling the game from basically nothing to #897 in wishlists! Bam!

Having a Steam page and directing traffic to it when launching your announcement trailer is a must, needless to say! Besides making something people would actually like to play. Which would be the most important thing after all.
But also cannot stand alone.
Being featured on 'The Spill' also played some part naturally.
So that's how to do it! Grats to Invisible Walls on the promising start! Looking forward to more!
Boom!
