C# Programmer needed

Are you a programmer or want to learn and improve your programming skills?


Position Summary:
You will responsible for creating and developing code, and troubleshooting, debugging and implementing it.
This position allows for a degree of creativity and latitude, since some of the coding tasks will involve your ideas on how to approach any given task.


Responsibilities:
Develop, enhance and optimize game code and data structures
Participate in development, planning, construction, testing, reviews and demonstrations
Collaborate with team to design, develop, test and refine code
Create functional and easy readable code and design specifications that address requirements
Participate in project planning and release management.
Acts as an expert source of technology and application knowledge within their domain
Research, recommend, and introduce new technologies and new uses of existing technologies
Participate in IT strategy and setting a direction


Qualifications:
Primary Skills: C#, (Javascript/Boo is a plus)
Expertise with programming concepts, design patterns and database design is a plus
Ability to think independently and critically, excellent written and oral communication skills
Its also considered a plus if You have a Master/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, its not a requirement.

Payment and employment:
In order to attract as many as possible we have made a custom employment and payment method that YOU can design.
You can choose your own involvement and payment method as well as the hours you want to invest.
Options range from full-time, part-time to curtain tasks as a freelance or even getting part of the income and profit of the game itself.
